On the afternoon of April 11th, 2014, at Adora Grand View (Hochiminh City), the Hochiminh City Young Entrepreneurs Association has organized the Member Meeting Program of 1st quarter of 2014 with the theme of “Once Upon A time – Ng\u00e0y x\u1eeda ng\u00e0y x\u01b0a” with the attendance of about 300 members.

This is the first event in the series of activities in the celebration of \u201c20 years of YBA-Hochiminh – Successful construction \u2013 Responsible pioneer\u201d which was held in 2014. The special point of this Member meeting event is the Talk-show for \u201cSuccessful construction\u201d with the presence of 3 YBA former captains: Mr. Tran Phuong Binh \u2013 General Director of Dong A Joint Stock Commercial Bank \u2013 Former Chairman of YBA-HCM \u2013 tenure I-IV; Mr. Vo Quoc Thang \u2013 Chairman of Dong Tam Group\u2019s Management Board \u2013 Former Chairman of YBA-HCM – tenure V-VI; Mr. Cao Tien Vi \u2013 General Director of Sai Gon Paper Corporation \u2013 Former Chairman of YBA-HCM \u2013 tenure VII.<\/p>\n

After over 20 operation years, so far the Hochiminh City Young Entrepreneurs Association consists of 1,000 members. Although this figure is still modest compared to 100,000 entrepreneurs in the city but also shows the rapid growth of this organization as well as the ongoing efforts of the persons who work for this Association during the last time. Coming to the talk-show, the young entrepreneurs have the chance to review, share the ups and downs of the enterprises, development, maturation steps of YBA \u2013 HCM. The Organizing Committee wishes that with the prestige, knowledge, experience and persuasive achievements of the former \u201cCaptain of YBA\u201d shall bring the practical significance to the current young entrepreneur community.<\/p>\n

Sharing at the Talk-show, Mr. Tran Phuong Binh expresses the wish that the members of YBA \u2013 HCM, particularly the new ones shall construct together a better, more modern YBA and be the leading examples for all Vietnam entrepreneurs associations. On this occasion, the former captain, Mr. Vo Quoc Thang also sends the thanks to the members of YBA \u2013 HCM who have supported and brought to him many friends, knowledge and experience in the life. In the role of a person of many experiences of managing the Association\u2019s activities, he thinks that the leader should always have 7 letters: Mind, Thrift, Unassumingness, Passion, Sacrifice and Shelf-confidence, so the Association shall always develop. Agreeing with the above opinions, Mr. Cao Tien Vi shows more that when attending the Association, besides the Association construction contribution, the entrepreneurs shall also receive many opportunities, conditions to approach a diversified and rich environment with a lot of great enterprises to observe, learn about and strive for.<\/p>\n

In the meeting framework, YBA-HCM has introduced the great event in the series of activities in the celebration of 20 years of the YBA \u2013 HCM establishment, in which the outstanding is Talk-show for Successful story, Return program, Meeting with the City\u2019s leaders, Excellent young entrepreneur award of 2014, Vietnam CEO Forum 2014, Vietnam E-Business Forum 2014 –\u00a0 VIO Fair, Charitable sport award, YBA-HCM shelter…<\/p>\n

As tradition, at this program, YBA \u2013 HCM has admitted more 20 new members. The exchange activities, gala dinner\u2026 at the 1st quarter Member Meeting of “Once Upon A time- Ng\u00e0y x\u1eeda ng\u00e0y x\u01b0a” also is the opportunity for the young entrepreneurs to catch investment, business information together with very interesting exchange chances.<\/p>\n
