Foreign-invested businesses accounted for more than 70 percent of the total shipments. Phones, garments and electronics continued to be Vietnam&#8217;s top exports, customs said.<\/p>\n<p> Vietnam&#8217;s imports fell 5.7 percent year-on-year to $23 billion.<\/p>\n<p> The country saw a trade deficit of $3.54 billion last year, after surpluses in three consecutive years.
