This scholarship belongs to the 437th \u201cFor Tomorrow\u2019s Development\u201d Program of Tuoi Tre Newspaper, sponsored by Dong Tam Joint Stock Company.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> Mr. Nguyen Huu Toan &#8211; Principal of Cu Huy Can Senior High School &#8211; said that during the last flood, flood and rain water from Ngan Truoi River had risen up, inundating the entire school in over 1.5m depth. \u00a0 More than 620 pupils of the School had to suspend their schooling due to flood intervention.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> Many pupils are in difficult situation, some are paternal orphans, some maternal orphans and a few double orphans.
