On the occasion of International Women’s Day 3\/8, the Union Executive Committee of the Company combined with Human Resource Department to hold a sharing session entitled “Work and Family Happiness” presided by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hong – Deputy General Director of Human Resource \u2013 Administration Departments. The program took place on March 7 at the meeting hall of Dong Tam Joint Stock Company (Ben Luc, Long An) with the participation of nearly 150 women and men from the factories and companies in the South. This event was also held at Dong Tam Plant in the Central (Quang Nam) in the morning of March 8th.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of the sharing session, all the women were surprised with the preparation from the organizers as well as male colleagues, with bouquet of flowers, songs, gifts sent to each person.<\/p><\/div>\n
