One of the earliest activities of all was the 2015 Culture & Sports Event. Over the last few years this event has become a company tradition illustrating Dong Tam’s beautiful corporate culture.
Apart from the activities, on the afternoon of 25 June 2015, all company employees nationwide carried out a ceremony to celebrate Dong Tam Group’s anniversary. On this occasion, the Board of Management and employees together reviewed the company’s history of development and operations over the past 46 years. Many practical gifts were handed out and people enjoyed a great lunch together. In addition, nearly 3,500 employees together followed a completely new program “ Dong Tam Radio – Feeling Connectivity”, aimed at fostering stronger connections between employees. This was a great place for people to meet up and be refreshed during lunch breaks. The program provides people with national, social and political news and Dong Tam Group’s outstanding news and events. Through the program, employees are able to share their thoughts and love through music. Each broadcast lasts 30 minutes and is released periodically on every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.
On 27 June 2015 at the Ho Chi Minh City White Palace Event Center, Dong Tam Corporation celebrated the 46 year anniversary of the Foundation of Dong Tam Brand in order to recognize and honor individuals and senior staff members who have performed highly and contributed to the development of the Dong Tam Brand over the past 46 years.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Vo Quoc Thang – Chairman of Dong Tam Corporation’s Board of Directors extended his gratitude and sentiments to all generations of leaders and all Dong Tam employees who have been working and contributing to the company’s development and expressed his hope that the “celebratory event brings great moral value to all employees, strengthening relationships between employees and the company”. He further stated, “Today is a day for all upper level management staff over the generations to meet up and review the company’s history of branding development and is also a day for the Board of Directors and Board of Management to show their concerns for all employees physically and socially.”
After honoring the founder of Dong Tam Brand, the Board of Directors and Board of Management bestowed Honor Awards to individuals whose tenures fall in 20-year, 15-year and 10-year count and who had gained excellent achievements in the production business during the period from 1995 to 2015. This illustrated the beauty of Dong Tam Group’s corporate culture which has been maintained over the past years.
