This is considered as a “bridge” in providing information, processing after-sales service, customer care, conveying messages between customers and the Company in a timely, fast, efficient and most accurate manner.
Accordingly, when calling Hotline 1900 63 6565 of Dong Tam Group, customers are requested to attend to the following instructions:
– Press key 1: Consulting on product information and purchase
– Press key 2: Information on promotional programs.
– Press key 3: Technical advice and warranty service.
– Press key 0: Connecting to the Operator and for other issues.
At the same time, the 02 current hotlines: 028 5426 6868/ 5426 7979 will continue to operate in parallel with the new hotline until 01/01/2018.
