For employees in the North and Central Region, the party was an opportunity for them to get together, bidding farewell to the old year with many proud accomplishments, and looking forward to a new year with many big goals to conquer. Particularly in the South, the year end party of this year was held at Green City project (No. 38, National Highway 1A – Ring road), Administrative Urban Center of Long An Province, attended by special guests, who are leaders, brothers, friends co-operating with Dong Tam over years, always encouraging and supporting Dong Tam Management Board and employees, and especially nearly 2,000 employees and their families

Everybody joined funny folk games, enjoyed typical Tet dishes of the North – Central – South regions and joined the exciting gift exchange program. Besides, Dong Tam employees enjoyed unique light performances, distinctive entertainment shows, especially the lucky draw with many valuable gifts bringing surprises and joy to attendees
The year-end party is one of traditional activities of the Company over years to appreciate contributions of all employees after a year of hard work. This is also an opportunity for Dong Tam employees to gather together, express their gratitude to Mr. Vo Thanh Lan, founder of Dong Tam tradename more than 48 years ago, shake hands, share difficulties and achievements in 2016, reward 22 outstanding groups, 42 excellent individuals and 55 good individuals with positive contributions to the operating results of Dong Tam Group in the past year.
In addition, the Management Board and Trade Union have always paid attention to employees with practical activities, typically giving Tet wishes, cash and valuable gifts to disadvantaged employees of Dong Tam Group.
