Specially, with people-oriented culture, leaders of Dong Tam Group always appreciate the efforts of every employee, and therefore have developed many rewarding policies suitable for each stage and ensuring worker benefits. From 2018, with approval from Human Resources Committee, in addition to incentive policies and social benefits in the Collective Labor Agreement signed with the company, effective from 01/01/2018, all employees of Dong Tam Group will be given holidays with full pay on their birthdays. This policy helps employees with opportunities and time to express their thanks to parents and enjoy happiness and peace with their family on their special days.
In addition, holding “collective birthday parties” is one of traditional activities over years and has become a good cultural practice of Dong Tam employees. On the first Monday morning of each month, the Administration – Human Resources Department holds a birthday party, giving gifts to employees having birthdays in the month. This activity is applicable throughout Dong Tam Group system nationwide, reflecting the care among leaders and colleagues, helping employees feel more committed to and prouder of the Brand. From there, Dong Tam Group has become their second home, witnessing the growth of many generations joining hands and co-operating for a strong and developed Dong Tam Brand.
