ADVISORY Beware of “Money Transfer” scams

Dear Customers/ Partners,
It has recently come to our attention that, under the false pretense of being our employees, there have been cases of unsolicited calls, texts, and offers received by our customers regarding buying and selling of virtual currency, finance, online games, etc. Among them are instances of fictitious individuals requesting “money transfers” in order to bid on services at Long An International Port.
Such fraudulent acts affect the reputation of Long An International Port and Dong Tam. We would like to reiterate that Dong Tam operates in the following industries: manufacturing and trading of construction materials, interior and exterior decoration, real estate, industrial parks, and port and logistics services. Moreover, Dong Tam does NOT offer bids for participation in any service packages at Long An International Port. Our company will send a formal notice to our Partners in case of any bidding invitation. Dong Tam only provides products/services through official communication channels stated in this Advisory, which include:

To prevent any negative impact to our Customers and Partners, we are currently collecting information from customers, reviewing, and cross-referencing the evidence to verify the origin and motives for impersonating and offering products and services that are not Dong Tam’s. Simultaneously, the Company has coordinated with the competent police authorities for a thorough investigation in accordance with the order and provisions of the law.
Dong Tam reminds Customers and Partners to be vigilant:
- DO NOT provide any information at the request of units/individuals of suspicious origin.
- DO NOT follow requests such as: money transfers, app downloads or log in to any links, etc. from applications, messages, calls or any other form of communication that is not an official Dong Tam channel.
- DO NOT provide personal information (Photo/ ID card/ CCCD)/ Bank account/ OTP code, etc.
- DO NOT participate in video calls that show signs of fake video scams.
- Customers and Partners, please call Hotline 1900 636565 to verify information when you see a potential case of impersonation of Dong Tam.
This advisory is being provided by Dong Tam to customers and partners as reminder to be cautious against fraudulent and risky transactions.
